Whiz Hotels Spreads to Palembang

As the second largest city in Sumatra Island, Palembang is still a favorite place for hospitality businesses, as well as the PT. Intiwhiz International network which was a subsidiary of PT Intiland Development Tbk, a national property developer company.

Whiz Palembang Hotel Dempo goes to a relatively new segment, by offering the concept of smart hotel equipped with facilities breakfast, meeting room and business center that can support the activities of the guests who stay.

Network expansion Whiz hotel in Palembang is the 14th from total of 30 Whiz Hotel is planned to be built by PT. Intiwhiz International. This hotel will be prepared for potential Palembang city in MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Convention, and Exhibition).

“Whiz Palembang Hotel Dempo goes to a relatively new segment, by offering the concept of smart hotel equipped with facilities breakfast, meeting room and business center that can support the activities of the guests who stay,” said Moedjianto Soesilo Tjahjono, President and Chief Executive Officer PT Intiwhiz International.

The hotel will be built on the Jalan Dempo Palembang with a land area of  3200 square meters, and the construction will be begun in the early in fourth quarter of 2012 and will take the name of the Whiz Hotel Dempo Palembang as well as the first Whiz Hotel in Sumatra island. The hotel will provide approximately 180 rooms, consists of standard and deluxe rooms.
