Bali Food Festival Held in Shanghai China

About ten types of satay with a variety of Indonesian cuisine are served at the Bali Food Festival at the Aroma Restaurant Grand Hyatt Shanghai which was due to be held August 1 to 20, 2012.
Sate lilit is deliberately used as number one because it is only in Bali.
Types of satay served include sate lilit, chicken satay, lamb satay, fish satay, shrimp satay, pork satay and squid satay, which sate lilit is deliberately used as number one because it is only in Bali.
Other food that also served include goat curry, rendang, curry, fish pepes and pecel complete with peanut sauce, seasoning sauce. Special for the sate lilit wrap is also shown along with shredded chicken, lawar and sambal matah, such as reported by kompas.com.
Sujono and Sugiana are chef from Indonesia who cook this variety of dishes. Indonesia dishes is also introduced to the public in China, so it can be recognized culinary from Indonesia as well. This is a very effective campaign.
